OC Design 949 is a remodel planning and owner's representation business operating in Orange County, California. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.
In short: we do not collect personal information from visitors, and we do not have user accounts. Our Meta application is a private publishing tool that posts our own marketing content to our own Instagram and Facebook accounts. It has no other users and requests no access to anyone else's data.
We operate a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) application used exclusively by OC Design 949 to publish our own content to our own business accounts. Specifically, it:
It does not offer accounts, logins or sign-in to anyone else. No third party can authorise it, and it requests no permission to read another person's profile, friends, messages or media.
If you text or message us, we receive what you send — typically your phone number or social account handle, and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it to reply and, if you become a client, to carry out the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Messages sent through Instagram or Facebook are additionally handled under Meta's own privacy policy, which governs those platforms.
For clients, we hold what the work requires: property address, scope, drawings, budgets, contractor bids and correspondence. We share it only with the people needed to do the job — the trades, designers and permitting authorities involved in that project — and keep it for as long as our records for the project require.
When we publish photographs of completed work, we redact names, addresses and dollar totals.
You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time, and we will do so except where we are required to keep records. See our data deletion instructions.
California residents may request to know what personal information we hold, ask for it to be deleted, and ask us to correct it. We do not sell personal information. Contact us at the number below and we will respond.
