These terms cover this website and the content OC Design 949 publishes. They are not a contract for construction or planning services — that is a separate written agreement.
OC Design 949 provides remodel planning and owner's representation in Orange County, California. Depending on the engagement, that means producing a plan you run yourself, or representing your interests while others carry out the work. The scope of any particular engagement is set out in a written agreement before work begins.
We operate a Meta application used solely to publish our own marketing content to our own Instagram and Facebook accounts. It is not a product offered to anyone else, has no user accounts, and cannot be authorised by a third party.
Posts, checklists and guides we publish are general information, not professional advice for your specific project. Every property differs. Costs, timelines and code requirements vary by city, by scope and over time.

Where a project requires permits, they get pulled, and work is done to code. Nothing on this site should be read as encouraging unpermitted work.

Instagram and Facebook are operated by Meta and governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy. We do not control those platforms or how they handle your data.
